Lisa Genco, Principal and Managing Member

Lisa has over fifteen years of management and technology consulting experience and four years of accounting/finance experience.  Over the course of her career, she has helped start-ups, small-to-mid sized, and Fortune 500 clients achieve success in such ways as optimizing processes, reducing costs, selecting the “best fit” vendor, implementing systems, resolving problems, improving business intelligence, defining strategic direction, ensuring quality, and managing risks.  Her experience spans multiple industries including professional services, brokerage, health/pharmacy, staffing services, construction, call center, manufacturing, energy, technology, and publishing.

Lisa is a skilled project manager who loves working with, leading, and motivating people.  Her enthusiasm, analytical thinking, strong business acumen, and visionary outlook make her an exceptional project leader.  Lisa takes a holistic approach to projects, ensuring alignment between business strategy, people, process, and technology.

Lisa opened Envisage, LLC in September 2010, after taking three years off to raise her daughter.  Prior to that, Lisa worked for North Highland and Deloitte Consulting.
